Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise within 90 days of order delivery date for a full refund.

In order to initiate your return/exchange, please contact our customer support team at returns@wildlandprotection.com with the reason for return.

 

Are there exceptions?

Yes, due to certain health, safety, and hygiene guidelines some Wildland products are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Some clearance items are final sale only and are marked Non-Returnable. Additionally, some items may have warranty restrictions imposed by the manufacturer. In this circumstance we will provide you with specific instructions on how the return/repair will be handled.

 

What if the item received is wrong, damaged or defective?

Please contact our customer support team at support@wildlandprotection.com, and we will quickly resolve the issue.

 

Will I be notified when the item I'm returning has been received?

Yes, you will receive an email notification from our customer support team indicating that your item has been received and the merchandise credit or refund has been issued to your account.
